My Approach
In my counselling practice I sustain an open person centred approach throughout your therapy. My person centred approach came about because I believe you are the only person that has travelled through each and every part of your life and knows you best.
My focus is to help you gain the outcome you are wanting. There will be in the first sessions time to gain rapport and help build our relationship. We will then move on to work together to achieve positive outcomes for a healthy, balanced life directed by you.
My theory is to give you the tools and knowledge of practices you can use to help facilitate calm and balance when needed in your future. This will help you to once again achieve the things you love doing. Or get onto your new journey to experience life in an exciting new and well balanced way.
I enjoy being part of each person’s journey as they nurture thier emotional health.
