My Approach
At Southern Forest Counselling & Wellness I like to make a difference, through understanding and compassion at a time of despair. I am passionate about helping people in their journey through counselling. Through counselling I endeavour to help people to find a new lease on happiness, a sense of purpose and to enable everyone to live their best life.

I understand that some people may not be able to travel, so I am happy to provide a mobile service, where I can come to you, or we can hold sessions by phone or video call.

About me
Hi I'm Erica.
Like all of us I have experienced many contrasting ups and downs including stress, grief and loss, accident and injury. These ups and downs fired a passion in me to help others to be the best they can be. I love working with my clients through their own difficulties and coming out the other side, better for the experience of seeing a counsellor.
Getting Help
Whilst it is my mission to help people improve their lives, I am unable to offer a crisis service. If you are having thoughts of suicide, wanting to harm yourself, or you feel you need immediate, urgent support please contact your GP or go to your nearest hospital emergency department. You can also contact LIFELINE on 13 11 14 or visit www.lifeline.org.au
